WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?
Shipping is always free. Orders usually ship within 3-6 business days. The products are delivered by UPS from Monday to Friday during office hours. Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a reception area, please also indicate the name of the office or the appropriate contact.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES?
The courier will leave a note with contact details. You can contact UPS to find out if a further attempt at delivery will be made or if the order will be held at a collection point (access point) for pickup.
Otherwise, after a few days the package will be sent back to our warehouse for return.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED?
A signature is required for all orders over $700USD. Should you choose to waive the signature electronically through a My Choice UPS account, you will be solely responsible for any loss or damage once the package has been released at the address, per the UPS My Choice Terms and Conditions.

We currently ship to: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States. Please see below for any exceptions.
To see product details and to complete a purchase, be sure to specify your preferred Country of Delivery (if listed). If the country you want your order to be delivered to is not present, we invite you to sign up to our newsletter to remain updated in case it is added.
ARE THERE ADDRESSES THAT YOU CANNOT DELIVER TO?
Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, hotels, mail forwarding services, or any address outside of the United States. Marella will only deliver your package to the address provided when your order was placed. We are unable to re-route any packages.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS?
Your shipment confirmation email will include a tracking number, which will allow you to follow your package in real time.
