As many of Marella items come directly from Italy, most orders ship between 3-8 business days from the date of purchase. Packages are only delivered Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Due to the time difference between the United States and Italy, delivery times begin one business day after the order is received. Delivery may take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures. For this reason, Marella does not offer expedited shipping at this time.

All orders ship via UPS.
A signature is required for all orders over $700USD. Should you choose to waive the signature electronically through a My Choice UPS account, you will be solely responsible for any loss or damage once the package has been released at the address, per the UPS My Choice Terms and Conditions.
The courier will leave a note with their contact details. Contact UPS to find out if a further attempt at delivery will be made or if the order will be deposited at a collection point (access point). If you are unable to contact UPS or if you do not collect the order from the collection point, the package will be returned to our warehouse for a full refund. Regrettably, we are unable to reroute packages at this time.
We currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States.
Remember to select the Country according to where you want the order delivered - consider that if you are ordering a gift, you should select the Country where the receiver is living.
Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, mail forwarding services, or any address outside of the United States. Marella will only deliver your package to the address provided when your order was placed. We are unable to re-route any packages.
We do not deliver in the following areas:

All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
If you believe that your order has been lost, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will assist you with tracking your order.
Regrettably, Marella is unable to reroute packages. Once the order has completed processing, it must be delivered to the shipping addresses provided at the time of checkout.
